Characteristics of microcomputer resistance welding machine

The microcomputer resistance welding machine uses the power frequency power supply voltage to reduce the voltage and increase the current. This kind of low voltage and strong current is sent to the joint part of the workpiece to be welded through the electrode. The resistance at the joint makes it generate resistance heat, and the metal is melted by this heat to reach the workpiece welding. The standard type of pneumatic convenient spot welding machine produced by our company is 25KVA,

It has the following advantages:

Powerful

The welding output is 15% higher than that of the same quality machine in the same industry. It can weld low carbon steel and stainless steel plate with thickness of 1.5mm + 1.5mm.

Two discharges

Two stage discharge is used to preheat, reshape or temper the special materials, and solve the defects of false welding and desoldering caused by current shunt in multi-point projection welding. Especially for high carbon steel, special sandwich metal plate can be welded freely.

Use safety

Low control of 24 VDC, designed in strict accordance with EC CE safety standards, reduces the accident rate.
